Surrounded by lush gardens, our complex is comprised of 9 studios in line with the traditional Ionian architecture. In the cozy and comfortable environment of the complex you will have impeccable hospitality and prompt service from the owners.

Our goal is the creation of a unique vacation experience. Well organized down to every detail, ideal for demanding visitors, Siora Maria Studios and Breakfast is made to offer comfort, relaxation and quality. Its location makes it the perfect place for your accommodation. We are expecting you all year round for a wonderful stay worthwhile to share with your friends. Reception, breakfast and snack bar are also available adding value in your holiday experience.

Our new breakfast, sitting and reception area, starting operating in 2021 aim to add value to your holiday experience by providing a whole new package of services.

All rooms include comfortable beds with bedside tables, lamps, dressing table and fitted wardrobes, kitchen table with chairs, stove, flat screen TV, air conditioning, and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The bathrooms are fully equipped with shower, bath towels, mirror, sanitary articles and cleaning equipment.

Each room has independent heating and hot water. It also has insulated windows, fully insulated roof and walls with the most modern materials for saving energy and mosquito shields. All kitchens are fully equipped with fridge, cooker, sink, cupboards, cooker hood, and kitchen utensils. The rooms are daily cleaned. The towels are changed every 2 days while sheets are changed every 4 days.

All the rooms have big balconies with a splendid view to the Castle of St. George or the slopes of Ainos or the lowlands and hills of Leivathos, equipped with outdoor furnishing and drying loft. The surrounding consists of large garden with grass, flowers and trees and a playground for our small friends. There is also available space for barbeque and off course enough free parking spaces. In our facilities you will find also a specially designed area for your pet accommodation.

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

The room is spacious enough to accommodate yourself, has everything you need in the kitchen, has a nice balcony. You can easily access any beach by driving aprox 30-40 minute. Also, you have Lidl and a local supermarket close.

I stayed 10 days at this property, and I want to express my extremely positive opinion Angeliki the owner, and 'extremely professional, and manages its delightful apartments, impeccably, also and'prodigata in giving us information necessary to better live Kefalonia, breakfast very varied and quality' .. if we return to Kefalonia, we will return here.

THE "NOISE" OF SILENCE

Angeliki's studios are beautiful and she is a delightful person. The building is located in a very simple and well-kept context, with garden and parking in a small village a little 'hilly 6 mini drive from Argostoli. Tranquility reigns supreme and here you can really relax and rest. Our apartment, new and functional was equipped with everything, perfect cleaning and regular change of linen. In addition to the proximity to Argostoli Siora Maria is ideally located to reach the beaches and the most interesting places on the island. Possibility to have breakfast. Very very recommended.
