PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard Rate & Standard Rate with Breakfast*

• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required at the time of booking. The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Pay off is settled upon arrival. 
• If the booking is completed less than 30 days from your arrival date then, you will be asked to pay the total amount of your reservation and is not refundable in case of cancellation at any time.

* NOTE:  Reservations with breakfast are available only from 01/05 to 30/09 or upon request

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Because the studios are located in an apartment building, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings. 
• No parties are allowed at the premises. 
• No smoking is allowed inside the building
• Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 
• Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 
• Private parking is possible on site (with no additional cost) 
• Languages spoken: Greek, English, Italian

1. ONLINE CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

The service supports payments with debit, credit and prepaid cards:

2. BANK TRANSFER

Your reservation will be processed after your payment is completed. Please complete the transaction within 3 working days or else your reservation will be cancelled. For faster process of your reservation you can send us the payment receipt at our email: info@sioramaria.com

4. OFFLINE CREDIT CARD

Your credit card details are sent to us safely over the internet, truncated in two separate segments using SSL encryption. Your credit card information will be used only for the transaction you have requested. Ιts details are stored along with the credit card owner details until the end of your booking and up to 30 days after your departure. The details regarding your credit card will be deleted after the end of your accommodation and since you have paid all the amount of your bills you had to our hotel and up to 3 months after your departure.

ONLINE CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

PAYPAL

For the security of your online transactions via PayPal, you are automatically transferred to a secure server of PayPal. Your PayPal account information is not disclosed or stored in our system. PAYPAL uses SSL technology to keep files of its millions of users safe.

OFFLINE CREDIT CARD

We collect credit card data (cardholder name, card number, expiration date and cvc) when you choose to complete your booking with “Offline Credit Card” payment method. That information are encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page. Your credit card is only used for the specific transaction you have requested and its details are stored along with the credit card owner details up to the end of your booking. The details regarding your credit card will be deleted after the end of your accommodation and since you have paid all the amount of your bills you had to our hotel and up to 3 months after your departure.

ENCRYPTION

From the very beginning until the completion of your on-line session, all your personal information is encrypted under the 256-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL) encryption protocol. Every time you send information towards the system, your browser first encrypts the information using the 256 bits key and then sends the information to the system. The system decodes the information using the same key (which is predetermined at the start of your connection to the service) and then goes on to process the information. The system sends you information using the same encryption procedure.

We respect your privacy and we are committed to complying with this Privacy Policy, which describes how collects and uses the personal data you provide to us. • Filling our Contact & Request Forms: In order to make a reservation and to ensure that we can communicate with you, you will be asked to fill in your personal information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, which we will not transmit them in anyone third.

The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the website is used solely for gathering statistics.

Our website includes external links to other websites, which are not controlled by us but by third parties (natural or legal persons). Under no circumstances is our website responsible for the privacy policy that these websites follow.  We encourage you to review and understand their privacy practices before providing them with personal information. 

Our website is hosted on one of Europe's most famous and secure data center, it is in a dedicated environment that means it does not share the same resources with malicious and fraud websites.
Although we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we can not guarantee the security of personal data disclosed over the Internet. You accept the inherent consequences for the security of transactions executed over the internet and we are not responsible for any breach of security unless we act in negligence and only to the extent specified in these terms and conditions of use of the website.
